Key Programmes
1. Olympiad Competitions
Benchmark high-achieving Riverlites in Mathematics against the
best in Singapore.
2. Learning Support for Mathematics P1-P2
Provide our very young Riverlites with targeted support in the
learning of Mathematics in a small group setting.
3. Math Trails (P1-2) & Problem-Based Authentic Situations
(P3-4)
Students undergo experiential learning in real-world environments to
sharpen their mathematics concepts and skills, inculate attitudes and practise
school core values.
4. P3-4 Morning Program
Provide Riverlites with targeted support in basic Math skills.
5. P6 Mass Lecture and Support Group
Provide targeted support for P6s in their Math skills.
6. Maths Fair
Riverlites to appreciate the application of mathematics concepts
and skills outside the classroom.
7. Parents’ Workshop
Working in strong partnership with our key stakeholders to support Riverlites' learning of Mathematics.
Programmes
- P1 & P2 Mathematics Fair
P1 & P2 Math Fair 2018 were held on 8th November & 17th May 2018 respectively. Guided by Mdm Liyana and Mrs Thomas, a group of Primary 5 and 6 seniors helped design and facilitate the various activities. The aim of this Math Fair is to allow the P1s and P2s to appreciate the application of mathematics concepts and skills outside the classroom while instilling the joy of learning of mathematics through physical activities.
